This week my group and I are working on recording the video that goes with our script. My daughter and I did two scenes. I was worried about her acting skills, but it turns out that my acting skills were the problem. It was fun acting out each scene. There were many out takes as a result of my bad acting. I was glad that my wife was there to help out. She was a good director. My partners are now editing the shots and adding the narration. I have also completed twenty seven out of my 38 assignments for my embedded Internship plan. My principal has given me many hours of his time to complete most tasks.

EDLD 5363 Week 2

This week we learned about Audacity and many different types of Video editing software. I made a how to video using both Audacity and the Youtube Editor. I like the Youtube editor because of its ease of use but it did not have alot of features that the programs have.

Week 1 Video for 5363

 This is my week 1 Reflection for 5363. I really liked making the Personal Digital Story. It is one of my favorite assignments that we have done in class. I think videos are the way to go in classrooms. Students can make their own and as well as watch lessons. I like the fact that students can vary the amount of time it is needed to master a concept with videos.
